Tone T1

COMPANY: Whisper Aero

Preorders are now open for the Tone T1 blower, which was featured at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). The T1 is the company’s first commercial product under its outdoor air management brand Tone. Powered by Whisper Aero’s UltraQuiet propulsion technology, the T1 produces 880 cubic feet per minute (CFM) and 25 newtons of blowing force. At peak thrust, it operates at only 52 dB(A), which is approximately 60 percent quieter than the top battery blowers available today. The T1 also features a ToneShift five-speed control dial, with each mode setting an intelligent ceiling. The T1 comes with a 54-volt, 5.0 Ah lithium-ion high-capacity battery system.

COMPANY: Greenworks Commercial

The 82-volt Optimus 17-inch top-mounted string trimmer (ST131) delivers 30cc gas-equivalent performance in a lightweight, battery-powered platform built for commercial crews. Producing 1.3 kW (1.7 HP) of power, the trimmer weighs just 14 pounds, making it the lightest commercial option in its class while still handling demanding trimming applications. Powered by the CORE360 battery system, the ST131 provides runtime comparable to a full tank of gas, helping crews stay productive without refueling, emissions or engine maintenance. A top-mounted motor improves balance and durability, while the easy-wind spool system minimizes downtime during line changes. Designed for daily professional use, the ST131 has been commercially field tested for more than 1,000 hours, offering landscape contractors a proven, low-maintenance alternative to gas without sacrificing power or runtime.
