John Deere Landscapes (JDL) acquired AMC Industries, an irrigation and water products distributor headquartered in San Antonio, Texas. Terms were not disclosed.
AMC, founded in 1924, has nine locations in Texas and Oklahoma.
“AMC has been providing high quality irrigation and domestic water systems to contractors for 90 years,” said Doug Black, CEO of JDL. “We welcome our new employees and are glad to have them joining our team.”
