TOWA Industries and Vroom Power have reached a distribution agreement naming TOWA as the first official distributor of the Vroom 3000, Vroom Power’s direct solar intelligence platform. Under the agreement, both companies will actively bring the Vroom 3000 to market, with TOWA leading sales through its expanding dealer network as well as direct-to-customer channels.

The partnership marks a significant milestone for both companies and strengthens TOWA’s position as a leading provider of intelligent energy management and power delivery solutions for the rapidly evolving battery-electric equipment market.

The Vroom 3000 is a mobile solar-based energy platform designed to deliver clean, reliable onsite power for contractors and field-based professionals. Integrated with TOWA’s intelligent power management ecosystem, the solution enables a new class of sustainable jobsite energy reducing reliance on fuel generators while improving operational efficiency and compliance with low noise and emissions regulations.

As municipalities across the country adopt stricter noise ordinances and emissions standards, demand for scalable, mobile charging infrastructure continues to grow. The combined capabilities of TOWA’s advanced power management systems and Vroom Power’s solar-driven platform provide contractors with a practical path toward fully electric fleet operations.

The addition of the Vroom 3000 complements TOWA’s broader intelligent energy ecosystem, which includes scalable power distribution modules, mobile charging infrastructure and advanced monitoring and energy management capabilities. Together, these technologies enable contractors and fleet operators to transition to battery-electric operations with greater efficiency, uptime and long-term sustainability.

Through TOWA, Gardenland Group Co. has been named the flagship launch partner for the Vroom 3000 and will serve as the first authorized stocking dealer. What began in 1960 as a single Campbell, Calif., showroom has evolved into a multi-location outdoor power equipment network with strategic locations across California and Hawaii. This expansion, combined with decades of expertise serving professional landscapers, municipalities and commercial operators, positions Gardenland Group Co. as the ideal partner to introduce advanced mobile solar solutions to the professional equipment market.

“Our network of locations across California and Hawaii gives us a unique vantage point on what professional crews actually need in the field,” said Richard Ogawa, president and CEO of Gardenland Power Equipment. “As we’ve expanded the Gardenland Group, we’ve watched our commercial customers struggle with charging infrastructure and jobsite power management. The Vroom 3000 now with TOWA’s integrated charging technology solves a critical gap: reliable, clean energy where the work actually happens.”

“Gardenland’s multi-location footprint and their deep connections within the professional landscaping community create the perfect platform to introduce truly innovative technology,” added Ron Silorio, CTO and co-founder of TOWA Industries. “Together with Vroom Power, we’re delivering a complete mobile energy ecosystem that supports the industry’s transition to battery-electric operations.”

“This partnership represents more than a distribution agreement,” added Luke Phelps, Vroom Power co-founder and CEO. “Together with TOWA, we are delivering a complete mobile energy solution that supports the growing shift to battery-electric equipment across multiple industries.”

With this agreement, TOWA further advances its strategy to provide a fully integrated, sustainable energy management and delivery ecosystem. The addition of the Vroom 3000 expands TOWA’s ability to support not only professional landscaping operations, but also construction, emergency response, disaster relief and other field-service industries that require dependable mobile power.
