Ryan Lawn & Tree, located in Overland Park, Kan., acquired Maisch Small Engine, a Lenexa, Kan.-based Stihl dealer that has serviced the landscaping industry for three years.
The transaction, which was completed Nov. 3, allows Ryan Lawn & Tree to now offer Stihl equipment repair services in addition to its lawn care services.
“We want to welcome our newest acquisition to the Ryan Lawn & Tree family,” said Larry Ryan, founder and president. “This is a unique purchase. Retail is new to Ryan, and we are excited to embrace the new challenge.”
