Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm, recently formed Elevation Landscape Group, a commercial landscaping platform serving the Western U.S.
Colorado Springs-based Landscape Endeavors Inc. (LEI) represents Elevation’s foundational investment. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1997 by Ray Shorette and now led along with his son, Cory, LEI provides commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, installation and critical winter services to customers throughout Colorado. Trinity Hunt Partners stated the company has developed a reputation for exceptional service quality, long-term client relationships and a commitment to its employees.
“For nearly 30 years, we have built this business on two things: taking care of our customers and taking care of our people,” said Ray Shorette, president of LEI. “As we considered our future, it was important to find a partner who shared our values and would carry forward the culture we’ve built.”
Cory Shorette, vice president of LEI, said, “With Trinity Hunt’s support and the vision for Elevation, we are well-positioned to expand our capabilities, invest in our people and continue providing exceptional service to a growing client base.”
Elevation was formed to capitalize on the fragmented, fast-growing Western U.S. commercial landscaping market.
“Our experience building Visterra Landscape Group into a leading commercial landscaping platform across the Eastern U.S. gave us a true appreciation for what a people-first business in this industry can become,” said William Badarak, principal at Trinity Hunt Partners. “When we looked west, we saw those values reflected across a region full of exceptional operators, particularly Ray and Cory. We are excited for LEI to serve as the foundation for Elevation as we grow alongside like-minded partners.”
Trinity Hunt is actively seeking opportunities to expand Elevation through partnerships with commercial landscaping companies across the Western U.S. Kirkland and Ellis served as legal advisor to Trinity Hunt Partners.
