Anthbot, a manufacturer of robotic lawn care solutions, announced a partnership with one of the world’s most accomplished goalkeepers, Marc-André ter Stegen, who will serve as global brand ambassador. The collaboration marks a step in the company’s expansion across international markets.
Anthbot’s robotic mowers combine multi-sensor fusion and advanced robotic perception with precision cutting systems engineered for consistent results, according to the company. The robots navigate complex lawn environments without supervision and aim to deliver an even, clean finish across varied terrain.
“For me, performance comes down to consistency and focus over time,” said ter Stegen. “Anthbot fits naturally into daily life — always working in the background, rarely noticed, yet ensuring the result is there when it matters.”
“Marc embodies the discipline and quiet confidence that define Anthbot,” said Vic Zhou, CEO of Anthbot. “This partnership goes beyond visibility — it’s about a shared belief that real performance shows up in the result, not the spotlight.”
The partnership will roll out through an integrated campaign across key international markets in the coming months, spanning broadcast, digital and on-the-ground experiences. Further details on the campaign’s creative direction will be shared closer to launch.
For homeowners and professionals, robotic lawn care is increasing in popularity, according to the company — performing in the background, delivering consistently, asking little in return.
TruGreen partners with PGA Tour golfer Jason Day
Recently, PGA Tour golfer and TruGreen partner Jason Day listed his personal lawn care equipment on Facebook Marketplace for just $10 — but this wasn’t the typical garage clean-out. In partnership with TruGreen, Day’s social media digital “Yard Sale” takeover intercepted DIYers in search of lawn tools mid-scroll with a compelling pitch: Let the pros handle it.
Over the past week, Day dropped two listings each day on Facebook Marketplace. The catch? Rather than a used sprayer or dusty spreader, the lucky scrollers who found his listings received a full year of pro-worthy lawn care from TruGreen. They traded weekend yard work for a professionally managed lawn without the hassle of doing it themselves.

“I’ve spent my career chasing perfection on the course, and you don’t get results like that without the right team behind you,” says Jason Day, PGA Tour golfer. “That’s what I like about TruGreen: showing homeowners there’s a better option than doing it all themselves. A real upgrade to their lawns and getting their time back. If you want the golf-course quality results, you trust the pros at TruGreen.”
As a lawn care company trusted by more than 2.3 million customers, TruGreen stated it aims to bring decades of localized expertise, customized treatment plans and ongoing support to deliver consistent, reliable results throughout the season.
“Partnering with Jason on this was a fun, unexpected way to intercept homeowners in the middle of their lawn care decision-making as they’re gearing up for another season of yard work,” says Alyssa Puketza, chief marketing officer at TruGreen. “Now, we want every homeowner to experience the same science-backed, locally tailored expertise and year-round support that convinced Jason Day to go pro (off the course) and quit DIY lawn care for good.”
Visit TruGreen’s Instagram and YouTube channel for a recap of Jason Day’s takeover.
TruGreen is also highlighting their referral program for existing customers, resulting not only in friends and family receiving professional lawn care, but you’ll also be rewarded with a $100 gift card of your choice for spreading the lawn love, according to the company.

The Garden Conservancy to host in-person lecture by Thomas Woltz, senior principal of Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects
The Garden Conservancy is presenting a special lecture by Thomas Woltz, senior principal of Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects, on May 28, 2026, at the Missouri Botanical Garden.
In his presentation, “A Feast of Edens: Nurturing the Bond Between People and Plants,” Woltz will explore the intersection of cultural history and ecological stewardship. Drawing on 25 years of experience, he will share the design philosophy that has made his firm one of the most respected in the field: the belief that every piece of land has a unique story to tell.
The lecture begins at 2 p.m. in the Shoenberg Theater, followed by a reception and book signing at 3 p.m.

Woltz’s work does not just create beautiful spaces; it creates a dialogue between the land’s history and its future, according to the conservancy. For the St. Louis community, this is an opportunity to hear from the visionary behind some of the world’s most significant public landscapes.
During the talk, Woltz will discuss several of his firm’s high-profile projects, including:
- Citygarden in downtown St. Louis, Mo.
- Mt. Cuba Center in Hockessin, Del.
- Bok Tower Gardens in Lake Wales, Fla.
- The National Arboretum of New Zealand
Woltz will also share highlights from the firm’s new monograph, ”The Land is Full,” which chronicles twelve recent public gardens and parks that serve as “portraits of place.”
Registration for the event is $45 for Garden Conservancy and Missouri Botanical Garden members, $55 for non-members. Visit the Garden Conservancy website to register.
