
Munro, manufacturer of pumps, pump controls and pump stations for the turf irrigation market, has added Jason Brown as its new Central U.S. regional account manager.
Brown will work closely with the company’s network of professional distributors as well as with irrigation specifiers, landscape architects and landscape contractors, to provide industry support and further develop and enhance Munro’s current market presence.
“Jason has over 20 years of experience in the irrigation industry and will be an elite solution provider for our partners in the Central region. Jason’s enthusiasm is matched only by our technical service team,” said Jeff Prell, national sales director for Munro.
“I think people will really enjoy his friendly and helpful demeanor,” Prell added.
Massey Services promotes five team members to sales director roles
Massey Services, a service provider in pest management and landscape care, promoted five team members to sales director roles, strengthening the company’s sales leadership team across multiple regions spanning 10 states.
Aaron Brown has been promoted to sales director, primarily serving The Villages market in Florida. Brown joined the firm in 2020 as a sales inspector and was promoted to service manager in 2021. In September 2022, he advanced to general manager of The Villages South Service Center. Massey has six service centers in this market and provides services to nearly 70 percent of The Villages residents.
Dean Kreh now serves as sales director for seven regions in three states that include Central Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. Kreh began his career with Massey Services in 2013 as a sales inspector in Southeast Orlando. He was promoted to service manager of GreenUP Lake Nona in 2014 and later that year became general manager. Kreh most recently served as general manager in Windermere, Fla., which is one of Massey’s largest service centers in the Florida market.
Eddie Hartsaw has been elevated to sales director overseeing seven regions that include Midwest Florida, West Florida, Southeast Florida and Southwest Florida. Hartsaw joined the company in 1997 as a sales inspector and was promoted to general manager of GreenUP Winter Haven in 2017. Most recently, he served as the general manager over the residential pest and termite service center in Winter Haven.
Glenn Kilgore has been named sales director for four regions throughout Oklahoma and Texas. Kilgore joined Massey Services in 2018 as a service manager in training and was promoted to service manager of Fort Worth Residential in 2019. He was promoted to general manager in 2020, leading the Euless Residential Service Center in the North Texas region.
Randy Crosby will become the sales director for five regions that are comprised of North Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Crosby joined Massey Services in 2018 as a sales inspector. Later that year, he was promoted to general manager of the Palm Coast service center. A few years later, he was sent to St. Augustine to oversee that service center, which provides both residential and landscape services.
“Each of these team members have demonstrated consistent success and professional growth throughout their careers at Massey Services,” said Ian Robinson, vice president of business development.

WorkWave adds Melinda Vedder as chief human resources officer

Vedder will oversee all aspects of WorkWave’s human resources strategy, focusing on culture, employee experience, talent acquisition and career development as the company continues to scale its market leadership.

Additionally, she will be responsible for the foundational functions that support the organization’s continued evolution. This includes refining the employee experience to ensure WorkWave remains a premier destination for top talent and implementing robust skill development programs to empower the company’s global employee base.
Vedder, who holds a degree in communications from Saint Louis University, joins WorkWave with over two decades of experience. Most recently, she played a pivotal role in the massive expansion of a high-growth technology organization, successfully scaling the business from 125 employees to more than 3,000. During that period of rapid international growth, she managed a global workforce spanning 15 countries.
