I’m honored to lead this effort and excited about what we can accomplish together.”

Lachapelle served as KeyServ Director since January of 2024, and his wealth of experience in accounting, financial planning and reporting made him a valuable addition to the KeyServ team. Kelly joins the team with more than 10 years of people-centered and culture-building experience.
Prior to joining KeyServ, Jake served as a leader in accounting, financial planning and reporting at One Eighty Capital, a Chicago based private equity firm. Kelly has previously modernized HR functions at ASCAP, a 100-year-old, billion-dollar organization with more than 500 employees, and she was the founding HR leader for a multi-site urgent care organization that scaled from 50 to more than 1,300 employees in less than four years. She brings a data-driven, pragmatic and people-centered approach to building high-performing teams and scalable people systems
“I’m honored to join KeyServ at such a pivotal moment in its growth,” said Kelly. “As the company continues to scale, my focus will be on building people-centric systems that support the business while preserving what makes KeyServ special: a genuine commitment to supporting employees and a relentless focus on excellence for our customers. In addition, Trim All Lawn Service, a KeyServ company, saw local horticulturalist and community contributor Vanneza Stubbs join the team as branch manager in its Fernandina Beach, Fla., location. She will oversee daily operations, finances and lead the team with a focus on safety and client satisfaction.
“I’m excited to join this team and feel honored to represent Trim All in my hometown,” Stubbs said.
Stubbs joins KeyServ Company with more than 20 years of experience in the landscape and horticulture industry, with deep roots in Fernandina Beach. After moving to Florida as a teenager, she quickly discovered her passion for plants and pursued a Bachelor of Science in landscape horticulture with a minor in business from the University of Florida.
Throughout her career, Stubbs worked with several local nurseries and landscape maintenance companies in roles including crew leader, account manager and business developer.
Another KeyServ company, Quality Creative Landscaping, appointed industry veteran Miles Duncan as regional vice president of construction in Alabama. Duncan will oversee landscape construction operations and lead the team with a focus on delivering on-time and on-budget results. Miles has more than 10 years of experience leading commercial, industrial and institutional projects nationwide and is a proven leader in process development, managing extensive subcontractor networks and communicating across cross-functional teams.
Duncan’s demonstrated success in delivering complex projects for large-scale national and regional clients, while remaining focused on safety, quality, and improvement in high-pressure construction environments, caught the eye of KeyServ CEO Jeff Domenick.
“I am thrilled to introduce Miles Duncan, who will be joining KeyServ as the RVP of construction for our Alabama operations,” Domenick said. “Miles comes to us with a wealth of experience and a proven track record in managing large construction projects nationwide.
