Green Lawn Fertilizing/Green Pest Solutions celebrated the official ribbon cutting of its brand-new headquarters in West Chester, Pa., marking a milestone in the company’s continued growth and investment in its people.
The ceremony, attended by team members and leadership, signals the beginning of a new chapter for the organization as it continues to expand across the region, according to the company.
“This building represents our next chapter — a place to grow and attract the very best in our industry,” said Matt Jesson, founder and CEO. “When our people grow, our customers win, and that’s how our company grows every year.”
The new 8,000-square-foot facility was designed around the company’s staff, featuring 22 newly renovated offices, a 1,500-square-foot training room, three distinctive conference rooms, multiple inviting common areas and a 1,110-square-foot cafe.
The company stated that every detail reflects Green Lawn Fertilizing/Green Pest Solutions’ commitment to a collaborative, innovative workplace that supports long-term growth and creates more opportunities for the entire team.
As Green Lawn Fertilizing/Green Pest Solutions continues to scale, the new space will serve as a central hub for developing talent and delivering improved service to its customer base.
With more than 393 team members and 65,000-plus customers, the company stated that the new development comes from its core belief that investing in people is the foundation for delivering outstanding results.
“We’re just getting started,” Jesson added. “And we’re excited for everything ahead.”
