Dave Tucker, president and CEO of CLIP Software, wrote a book on lawn maintenance, titled “Piecework and the Beautiful Business, Getting Your Employees to Pull with You.”
Tucker, also president and CEO of KnowItAll and CLIP Lawn Care, wrote the tome to help green industry companies learn the ins and outs of piecework and how it can help employees align their goals with a company owner’s. Tucker has been using the piecework system since 1986, and since then has helped hundreds of companies reap the benefits of piecework in their own companies.
