Effective Jan. 1, Hummel & Co. and Turf Diagnostics & Design will finalize their merger to operate as Turf & Soil Diagnostics.

Hummel & Co., headquartered in Trumansburg, N.Y., and Turf Diagnostics & Design, located in Linwood, Kan., both are physical testing labs serving the landscape, golf and sports turf industries. Via the merger, the organizations will work together on test procedures, quality control programs and customer service.
