The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) welcomed Norman Goldenberg to its public affairs team as state affairs consultant.
The past president of PLANET and past chair of PLANET’s government relations committee, most recently served as senior vice president of government relations at Terminix International and TruGreen. Goldenberg left to start a consulting practice called Namron Business Associates.
“Norman is incredibly knowledgeable about the issues facing the lawn care and landscape industries,” said Jim McCutcheon, PLANET president. “With his deep knowledge and years in public affairs and government relations, he will be a huge asset to PLANET and to the industry.”
Goldenberg is expected to focus on regulatory issues at the state level.
“Norman has been a passionate advocate for the industry for many years,” said Sabeena Hickman, PLANET CEO. “His knowledge, along with his extensive industry and government contacts, makes him the perfect person to attack our public affairs issues head-on.”
