PBI-Gordon Corp. will begin selling Segway Fungicide SC to distributors on May 17 for use on turf and landscape ornamentals.
The product, which treats pythium diseases in turf and phytopthora and pythium crown and root rots in landscape ornamentals, is a proprietary product of Japan-based Ishihara Sangyo Kaisha (ISK). PBI-Gordon’s Katana Turf Herbicide is also a proprietary product of ISK.
FMC Professional Solutions will sell Segway until May 17.
“PBI-Gordon is pleased to add such a well-known and high-quality product as Segway Fungicide SC to our offerings,” said Jim Goodrich, product manager for fungicides, insecticides and plant growth regulators at PBI-Gordon. “This addition brings a great fungicide to our product portfolio and, combined with our established lines of herbicides, insecticides and other products, further strengthens our line of solutions for turf and landscape management professionals.”
