HERNDON, VA.—The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) has partnered with JP Horizons to offer five “Come Alive Outside Face-to-Face” events this year at different landscape company facilities across the country.
The Face-to-Face events offer real-life case studies in which successful landscape companies open the doors of their operations to workshop participants who examine six key areas of the business and, later, engage in problem-solving roundtable discussions. This interactive learning experience, led by industry expert Jim Paluch, provides a look behind the scenes of a successful company and a chance to network and problem solve.
The first event will take place on April 16, 2013, at DeSantis Landscapes in Salem, Ore. DeSantis Landscapes is an award-winning, family-owned, landscaping company in Portland and with offices in Salem, Ore. DeSantis Landscapes provides residential and commercial landscaping services.
Registration is now open, and costs $199 per person, per event for PLANET members and is $299 for non-members. Travel costs are not included.
The schedule for the other Come Alive Outside Face-to-Face events is as follows. One additional location will be announced later in the year:
- Winter Services, Milwaukee—July 16, 2013
- NatureWorks Landscape Services, Walpole, Mass.—Aug. 20, 2013
