Century Park Capital Partners has formed Green Summit Landscape Group, a new investment platform created to build a full-service landscape management organization in the U.S.

Concurrent with its formation, Green Summit completed its first acquisition, a regional master brand and founder-led business with a strong service reputation. The owners are retaining a meaningful ownership position and will continue to lead the business going forward.

Green Summit’s mission is to become the partner of choice for landscaping business owners and their teams seeking to join a platform committed to preserving legacies and cultures while also investing in people, technology, scalable operations and local communities.

“The formation of Green Summit and the completion of its first acquisition mark another exciting milestone for our firm,” said Guy Zaczepinski, managing partner with Century Park. “This platform aligns perfectly with our strategy of partnering with founder-led, service-oriented businesses that have strong regional footprints and opportunities for expansion.”

The Green Summit stated platform is supported by an experienced board with deep operational, financial, supply chain and industry expertise. Together, the team is focused on growth through organic initiatives, such as cross-market service expansion, strategic and operational efficiencies, workforce development education, technology enablement and a disciplined acquisition strategy targeting complementary landscaping, snow management and turf care businesses across the U.S.

“We launched Green Summit with an exceptional company that has earned deep trust in its community and built an incredible legacy over decades of commitment to its customers and employees,” said Nat Bacon, principal with Century Park. “Green Summit represents a shared vision to build on that foundation, combining local expertise with strategic resources and guidance from our board members, Judy Guido and Bryan Jensen. We couldn’t be more excited to embark on this journey together.”

Century Park partnered with Plexus Capital and GMB Capital Partners in the formation of Green Summit and its initial acquisition. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“It’s rare to find a partnership that combines the thoughtful, resourceful, growth-oriented and collaborative approach of Century Park with the entrepreneurial energy, experience and talent of our new management partners,” said Judy Guido, a member of Green Summit’s board and a nationally recognized thought leader and Green Industry Hall of Famer. “The exponential growth potential here is formidable, and we’re already engaged with owners and looking at future add-on acquisitions that will strengthen the platform’s presence and capabilities across key markets. This is just the beginning of what we believe will be a significant growth story.”
