Veseris, a distributor of pest control, turf and ornamental, public health and vegetation management products, expanded in the turf and ornamental and pool supply markets through the acquisition of Tessman Seed Company and Lynde Company. Veseris said the acquisition is a milestone in its mission to deliver value and service across its national network by expanding its expertise in these critical end markets.

Headquartered in St. Paul, Minn., The Tessman Company has served lawn care and landscape professionals, nurseries, greenhouses, golf courses, municipalities and other customers for decades. The Lynde Company has extensive experience in pool chemicals and related products. Tessman and Lynde will continue day-to-day operations, remaining business as usual during the transition.
