Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a distribution platform with a focus on outdoor living products and solutions, acquired Mid-Atlantic Concrete Products and South-Atlantic Concrete Products (MACP and SACP), full-service distributors of hardscapes, natural stone and porcelain products.
“We are thrilled to have the teams at MACP and SACP join OLS. These partnerships enhance our existing store network in North Carolina and Georgia and give us a significant foothold in the commercial hardscape market,” said CEO of Outdoor Living Supply, Brian Price.
MACP is based in Winston Salem, N.C., and SACP is located in Cumming, Ga. The companies are suppliers of hardscape solutions to commercial and residential contractors along with independent dealers in their respective markets.
President and managing partner of MACP, Ken Armistead, will remain a resource to the business in an ambassador role.

Rich Kearney, president and managing partner of SACP, will continue with OLS as vice president of commercial and wholesale. This position includes the responsibility for developing strategies to drive recurring revenue from customers in the commercial and wholesale markets.
