Landscape Workshop (LW) recently completed the acquisition of the landscape operations of Images Landscape Service, based in Chattanooga, Tenn. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Landscape Workshop is a full-service grounds management company that has been providing professional service and expert maintenance for outdoor commercial spaces since 1984. Landscape Workshop serves 10 Southeastern markets in Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and the Florida panhandle. Landscape Workshop is backed by Carousel Capital and McKinney Capital.
Images Landscape Service and Landscape Workshop have been working together for more than six years, developing a relationship built on shared values of providing quality landscape services with a proactive management approach. After 16 years in business, owner Ruben Viva is excited for the next steps of the company he and his family built from the ground up.

Ruben Viva will stay on in a consulting capacity during the transition and his son, Tyson Viva, will join the LW team as general manager of Landscape Workshop Chattanooga.
