Several key executives will step down from BrightView by the end of the year. BrightView is the new name of the Brickman Group and ValleyCrest, which merged last year.
Vice Chairman Roger Zino will depart to pursue opportunities outside the company, according to a BrightView spokesperson. Zino was CEO of ValleyCrest Cos. prior to the merger with Brickman.
Andy Mandell, another legacy ValleyCrest executive who most recently was president of ValleyCrest Group, also will leave BrightView before the new year.
