Yellowstone acquires Perimeter Landscape branches

Yellowstone Landscape GroupYellowstone Landscape Group expanded its footprint in Georgia with the acquisition of Perimeter Landscape Management’s Atlanta and Lake Oconee operations. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Perimeter, which has an annual revenue of about $4 million, retains its location in Augusta, Ga. The company was founded in 1995.

In January, Yellowstone was acquired by CIVC Partners, a private equity firm and former investor in the Brickman Group. At that time, CEO Tim Portland told LM it would mean more acquisitions in the South. Yellowstone’s 2014 annual revenue was $95.7 million.

“In Yellowstone Landscape, we’ve found a partner who believes in the same values that have helped us to grow our business over the past 20 years,” said Patrick Schultz, Perimeter founding partner. “As a part of Yellowstone, we enhance our capabilities to serve our existing clients in and around Atlanta and Lake Oconee/Reynolds Plantation. At the same time we can now offer new opportunities for continued growth to our talented and dedicated employees.”

Portland said Yellowstone is thrilled to expand in the Atlanta and Lake Oconee areas.

“Perimeter has built a highly respected company over the years,” he said. “Its focus on clear communication, responsive service, quality employee training, personal attention to its clients’ needs, and excellent customer retention align perfectly with our approach to serving our clients and caring for our employees.”

Three Point Group assisted Perimeter Landscape Management with the transaction.
