Wright Manufacturing received a Dealer’s Choice Award for the best, new, wheeled equipment product at GIE+EXPO for its Stander ZK mower.
“Our engineers and manufacturing people spared no effort to make an already great mower the best in the industry,” Wright President Shawn Wolf said after receiving the award. “It is especially gratifying when the trade recognizes this accomplishment with an award like the Dealers Choice Award.”
At the trade show, Wright had the new Stander ZK suspended from the ceiling over the show floor for visitors to see the updates made to the mowing deck and undercarriage.
Among those updates are roomier foot platform and a five-gallon debris container.
The new Stander ZK also has reinforced wheelie wheels, and elastomer bumpers to help the mower hug the ground. It comes equipped with a 52” or 61” AERO-CORE deck, push-button deck lift, 17.5-gallon fuel tank and 25.5- or 27-hp engine. The unit has a mowing speed of 12.5 mph and fully independent left/right hydro systems.
A 72” deck will be available in Spring 2015.
