The Weathermatic board of directors elected Malcolm Morris as the chairman of the board. Morris currently serves as chairman of Stewart Title Guaranty Company and vice chairman of Stewart Information Services Corp.
He is a member and fellow of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association. Morris is also the past president of the American Land Title Association and Texas Land Title Association and a visionary of the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
In addition, Morris, an advocate for cleaning water sanitation, is the founder and chairman of the Millennium Water Alliance, as well as co-founder of Living Water International.
