FMC, a global agricultural sciences company, will host two upcoming lawn care webinars. “Nutsedge Biology & Control” on May 3 and “Fundamentals of Tree & Shrub Care” on June 7.
Both webinars will be from 2-3 p.m. EDT. Nutsedge will be presented by Andrew Osburn, Ph.D., and Tree & Shrub Care by Nathan Nordstedt, Ph.D. Both are FMC technical service managers.
Nutsedge is a one-hour training webinar focusing on the identification, biology and control of common nutsedge species in home lawns. Tree & Shrub Care will provide expert insights and practical tips for maintaining landscapes with confidence and cover the management of diseases, insects and weeds.
“Both of these topics are crucial to lawn care professionals,” said Mike Sisti, North America marketing manager at FMC. “Nutsedge has been a requested topic since we started the First Friday webinars and last year our Tree & Shrub Care was highly attended and helped offer tremendous insight going into the 2024 season.”
The webinars are part of the FMC True Champions end-user loyalty program. Both are free for all professionals to attend, however, only FMC True Champions members can receive CEU credits. To register attendees join FMC’s True Champions program.
