Turf Masters Brands, a provider of recurring residential lawn care services, acquired Brothers Pest Control, a provider of lawn care, tree care and pest control services based in Land ‘O Lakes, Fla.
With the addition of Brothers Pest Control, along with two other recent acquisitions in Georgia — Calhoun Turf and Georgia Turf, both located in Calhoun, Ga. — Turf Masters Brands now operates 40 locations across 12 states and employs more than 1,100 team members. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Brothers Pest Control serves homeowners throughout greater Tampa, Fla., and expands the Turf Masters Brands footprint into the west coast Florida lawn care market. Following the acquisition, Brothers Pest Control will continue to serve its longterm customer base with the same team members and brand name.
