LawnAmerica announced a partnership with TruGreen, according to a post on the company’s website. TruGreen of Memphis, Tenn., was worth about $1,369,000,000 in revenue in 2018. The company ranks second on the 2019 LM150 list of the largest landscape industry companies.
LawnAmerica’s revenue last year was $8,584,536 and the Tulsa, Okla., company has appeared on the LM150 list in the past.
“By combining the resources of both companies, you will continue to receive the same excellence in programs and services that you have come to expect over the years from LawnAmerica,” said a statement on LawnAmerica’s website. “We are excited about our partnership with TruGreen, and together we will continue providing you with a lawn and landscape that you can be proud of year after year.”
In 2016, Swingle Lawn, Tree & Landscape Care became the majority owner of LawnAmerica.
