You might think that with the economy being in the dumper the past 18 months or so that M&A deals in the landscape/lawn service industry would be kaput — wrong. Mergers and acquisition activity has been slow but far from dead.
Once the economy starts picking up steam, look for things to really get interesting. We’re hearing that lots of 50-something owners in the landscape/lawn service arena are ready to cash out ….. for the right price, of course.

We look forward to getting it because it provides a tidy recap of recently done deals.
