Ferrandino & Son, located in Farmingdale, N.Y., hired Tom Panek as vice president of operations.
He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations across all of Ferrandino & Son programs.
Panek said the company’s “visionary approach to customer service” drew him to Ferrandino & Son.
