CORDOVA, TENN.—According to a new survey from The Principium Group, “30 percent of Green Industry business owners are considering an acquisition in the coming year.” It also found that 40 percent of respondents had an exit strategy, but just 13 percent of them had a written plan in place.
In other highlights of the survey 40% of green industry business owners said they had an exit strategy, but only 13% actually had a written plan.
“The survey results show the importance of mergers and acquisitions within the Green Industry,” Ron Edmonds, principal of The Principium Group, said in a blog post. “This reinforces our belief that the pace of merger and acquisition activity may increase later in the year.”
