The Greenery acquired Elliott’s Landscape of Savannah, Ga., Sept. 1, expanding its market in coastal South Carolina and Georgia, reports The Principium Group on its blog.
Elliott’s Landscape is a family-owned and operated landscape maintenance company with specializations in commercial and residential landscape design/build and maintenance.
“Our most recent acquisition is a small company that does high-quality work and fits well within our business model,” said Lee Edwards, CEO of The Greenery, which is employee-owned.
Owner of Elliott Landscape, Russell Elliott, and his staff will continue serving clients, but will do so as employee owners of The Greenery. Elliott will work closely with current Greenery employees Jim van Dijk and Paul Gray to oversee the company’s daily landscape maintenance operations in Savannah.
