The Clendenin Consulting Group (TCCG), based in Orlando, Fla., facilitated the acquisition of Dr. Jack’s Lawn Care, Termite and Pest Control by Fairway Lawns, based in Little Rock, Ark. The acquisition offers an exit strategy to owners of Dr. Jack’s, Rick and Jim Reinhardt. The move also expands Fairway’s presence in the central Florida market.
Dr. Jack’s was founded in 1972 by Jack Reinhardt and his wife Kay Reinhardt. The company has maintained a strong reputation for quality, customer retention and employee retention.
