The Bruce Co., headquartered in Middleton, Wis., dubbed four new executive leaders to its team: Seth Nicholson, president; Michael Koeppen, chief financial officer; Thomas Raemisch, vice president of sales and marketing; and Steven Short, senior vice president.
Bliss Nicholson, previous president of the company, will continue to serve as CEO and chairman of the board of directors.
“With the most recent promotions, we are continuing our ongoing leadership succession plans to achieve our goals of continued growth and stability for our family-run business,” said Bliss. “We’ve put in place some very talented individuals who will help lead the company and will keep us at the forefront of our industry.”
The Bruce Co. offers residential and commercial landscaping construction and maintenance, including irrigation, ponds and water features, landscape lighting, interiorscapes, and snow and ice management.
