Stihl released the BGA 100 handheld blower, the lightest in the Stihl line at 5.5 lbs. Operating at 56 dB(A), it’s also the quietest. This blower is part of the Stihl Battery KombiSystem, which means no gas, no cord and no exhaust emissions.
Instead of an on-board battery, the BGA 100 uses a Stihl battery belt or AR backpack battery, thus reducing the unit weight. Features include variable speed throttle trigger, three working performance levels, rear-mounted air intake and a boost mode.
Optional accessories, like the on-board harness mounting loops, allow users to configure the contact pad and adapter to shift the weight from arm to chest and shoulders.
The Stihl Battery KombiSystem line is designed so a single Stihl lithium-ion battery can be used interchangeably with other Stihl battery products.
