Opti-Rate is an advanced pulse width modulation (PWM) rate-controlled spray system that independently controls flow rate and pressure to maintain a consistent application across the entire boom. When a Steel Green machine turns, Opti-Rate ensures the spray rate remains consistent through turn compensation. Opti-Rate also increases output when the machine speeds up and decreases output when it slows down to maximize chemical savings. Opti-Rate is available as an optional accessory, is compatible with all new Steel Green models, and can be factory-installed on older machines.
Razor Tracking is an advanced telematics system that allows users to monitor where their Steel Green machines are, how they’re being used, and when they need attention, all in real-time. With GPS tracking, users can verify job completion and ensure their equipment is exactly where it needs to be through clear, timestamped records. The system can also help simplify maintenance, keeping service records organized and providing reminders when service is needed. Every new Steel Green spreader/sprayer comes factory-equipped with Razor Tracking.
