SpringGreen has completed its fourth Total Home Pest (THP) pilot training group, growing the company’s pest control service offerings across its franchise network. Nine franchise owners took part in the two‑day program, which covered operational, technical and marketing training supporting the introduction of pest control services in their local markets.

The in-person training, hosted at SpringGreen’s corporate office in Plainfield, IL, combined classroom instruction, hands-on demonstrations, and practical simulations. Subject matter experts from SpringGreen, along with representatives from SiteOne and Target Specialty Products, led sessions covering service structure, pricing models, marketing strategy, licensing, staffing, software integration and pest-specific product application.

“This rollout reinforces our long-term commitment to helping franchise owners diversify their revenue streams and grow their local businesses,” said Brad Johnson, president of SpringGreen. “Total Home Pest is more than just a service—it’s a complete system built to better service our customers and deliver measurable results and meet increasing customer demand.”

The Total Home Pest program is structured to help owners reach new customers and cross-sell additional services to their existing lawn and tree care clients. Early adopters of the program have reported increased customer retention, improved operational efficiency, and accelerated growth.

The Total Home Pest program is designed to enable franchise owners to grow into new customer segments while offering additional services to existing lawn and tree care clients. Participants who have implemented the program have reported higher customer retention, greater operational efficiency and accelerated growth.

SpringGreen has additional pilot training groups planned and will continue supporting its franchise network with programs addressing changing market needs.
