Landscaping professionals are losing an estimated 15 hours per month to manual data entry, according to SiteRecon. This silent tax on productivity stems from a fragmented software ecosystem in which critical business tools fail to communicate, leaving teams in endless cycles of duplicate data entry, error correction and busywork.

SiteRecon is addressing this problem in a new webinar: Automating Data Entry with AI Agents. This live session will show how companies can overcome the limitations of disconnected software and automate workflows that were previously impossible.

“The single biggest overhead for teams is different software systems not talking to each other,” says Utkarsh Sharma, CEO of SiteRecon. “High-value employees like account managers are spending hours doing data entry every week, and even then errors creep in due to manual entries. Our mission at SiteRecon is to help build an open, modular, flexible tech stack that empowers users to do more landscaping and less busywork.”

Willard Moore, chief technology officer at Wilson360, will join Utkarsh. Willard, an AI expert, brings a perspective on how technology can drive business performance.

“Technology is no longer just a vital tool,” says Moore. “It’s a mindset, a behavior and, increasingly, a lifestyle. Understanding how AI can connect business operations and people with goals … is a competitive advantage.”

Together, Utkarsh and Willard will provide a comprehensive look at how to tackle the industry’s biggest data challenges and demonstrate a clear path to a truly automated future.

Attendees will gain insights into how AI Agents can serve as a personal, automated data entry team, solving the “No API” problem preventing critical software systems from communicating.

This session will showcase a live, on‑screen demonstration of an AI Agent autonomously moving data between systems, while also highlighting the hidden costs of manual data entry — from wasted time to expensive human errors.

This event is for any landscaping leader who believes their software should work for them and not the other way around. It’s particularly relevant for CTOs, business owners and operations managers wanting to eliminate inefficiencies and free their teams from the manual data entry grind. The webinar will offer a roadmap to build a truly integrated system that supports scalable growth.
