SiteOne Landscape Supply acquired Kirkwood Material Supply.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1983, Kirkwood serves the greater St. Louis market with eight locations focused on the distribution of hardscapes and nursery products to landscape professionals.

The deal marks SiteOne’s ninth acquisition to date in 2018.
