SiteOne Landscape Supply acquired Blue Max Materials. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquired hardscape and landscape supplier, based in Charlotte, N.C., has five locations serving North Carolina and South Carolina.

SiteOne acquired Hydro-Scape Products, an irrigation sprinkler store and landscape supplier, in January.
Formerly John Deere Landscapes, SiteOne officially rebranded in October. It acquired Tieco—a supplier of irrigation, pump and well supplies—in September and Hydro-Scape Products—an irrigation sprinkler store and landscape supplier—in January. In August, it filed for a $100 million initial public stock offering.
