SiteOne Landscape Supply acquired All American Stone and Turf, located in College Station, Texas.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2000, All American is a distributor of hardscapes and landscape supplies to landscape professionals in the east Texas market.
“All American is a terrific addition with SiteOne as it adds hardscapes, landscape supplies and natural stone products to our existing irrigation, agronomic, nursery and landscape lighting product lines in east Texas,” said Doug Black, chairman and CEO of SiteOne. “This is our seventh acquisition to date in 2018 as we continue to expand the number of markets where we provide a full range of landscape supplies and services to our customers.”
