Venture studio Saturn Five acquired Highlands Landscaping and Fencing of Arvada, Colo. The details of the deal were not disclosed.
The company provides landscaping and design services to Denver, Arvada, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater and Golden, Colo. Its team is equipped with landscape designers and landscape installers, who are dedicated to bringing landscaping dreams to life.
Saturn Five is in Denver. The company is a venture studio that actively starts, funds and grows businesses.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director of M&A – Western Region, Stephen Crisham and his team, led by Vice President Mergers & Acquisitions Chad Comroe, successfully closed the deal. Executive Managing Director Edward Weber established the initial relationship with Highlands Landscaping and Fencing.
