Ruppert Landscape, of Laytonsville, Md., promoted John Cericole to shop manager in its Philadelphia branch. As shop manager, Cericole will be responsible for managing, servicing and painting vehicle fleet and equipment, controlling costs, managing employees and enforcing policies and procedures.

“John started with us in July of 2011 and has proven to be an incredibly resourceful and hardworking employee,” said Mike Monde, branch manager for Ruppert’s Pennsylvania branch. “His steady personality and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment made him a great match for the position of Shop Manager when it became available. He’s well-liked by our team and committed to doing things the Ruppert way and we’re looking forward to many good things from him.”

Cericole, a resident of Elkton, Md., holds certifications in ASE engine brakes, steering and suspension and is a 2007 graduate of Lincoln Tech.  In 2012, he was the recipient of a branch impact award, presented to employees whose dedication and contributions have made a positive impact on the organization.
