Ruppert Landscape has announced the promotions of Crisler Vaughn to branch manager of the company’s landscape maintenance branch in Johns Island, S.C. and Nathan Fadrowski to branch manager of its Delmarva, Del. landscape maintenance branch.
Vaughn earned a degree in ornamental horticulture from Clemson University and joined The Greenery of Charleston, now Ruppert Landscape, in 2009. He has advanced through several roles over the past 16 years within the Charleston-area branches, including production manager and account manager. Most recently, he oversaw Ruppert’s maintenance portfolio on Daniel Island. In 2024, Vaughn and his team earned a National Association of Landscape Professionals Gold Award for their work at the Live to Play Tennis Center on Daniel Island.
“I had the privilege of working alongside Crisler for many years on Daniel Island and saw firsthand the dedication and leadership he brings to his work,” said Tom Murray, region manager. “We’re excited to see him step into this role and support the continued growth of our Johns Island branch.”
As Branch Manager, Vaughn will oversee operations, strengthen client relationships and help drive Ruppert’s maintenance presence in the region. The Johns Island branch provides a full suite of commercial landscaping services, including maintenance, design and enhancements, turf care, irrigation management, pond and lake management, arbor care and outdoor lighting and décor.
Nathan, holding a bachelor’s degree from Shenandoah University, has over a decade of industry experience and first joined Ruppert Landscape in 2015 as a field manager in its Laytonsville, Md. maintenance branch. By 2020, he had advanced to area manager in the Washington, D.C. maintenance branch. After a brief period working directly with one of Ruppert’s clients, Nathan returned to Ruppert in 2022, bringing his expertise and client relationships back to the Forestville, Md. team. There, he made an impact, selling over $1 million in enhancements in both 2023 and 2024 while strengthening partnerships across the DC region. He relocated to Delmarva earlier this year and took on the role of associate branch manager.
“Nathan has consistently shown the ability to lead by example, build trust with both clients and team members, and drive results,” said Kyle Meissner, region manager. “We are excited to see him bring that same energy and commitment to our Delaware maintenance operations.”
In his new role, Nathan will oversee operations, build client relationships and support the growth of Ruppert Landscape’s maintenance presence in Delaware. Ruppert’s Delmarva branch provides a range of commercial landscaping services, including landscape maintenance, design and enhancements, turf care, irrigation management, pond and lake management, snow removal, arbor care and outdoor lighting and décor.
