Ruppert Landscape, a provider of commercial landscaping services, acquired Greatscapes Property Management Group. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Greatscapes has been in the Virginia landscaping industry for nearly 30 years, serving a diverse client base in Winchester, Va., and the surrounding region. As part of this partnership, Greatscapes owner and president James Printz will join Ruppert Landscape as a partner, continuing leadership of the business in the local Virginia market.

The acquisition follows Ruppert Landscape’s expansion into the South Carolina and Florida markets earlier this year, with the acquisitions of Ocean Woods Landscaping and Lawnscapes. The Ruppert Landscape platform now has more than 50 locations nationwide.
