STAMFORD, CONN.—Commercial landscape veteran Sandy Rice has joined Eastern Land Management (ELM) as strategic client relations manager, as the company completes a management realignment and appoints five new area managers.
Before joining ELM, Rice served as an adviser to landscape contractors in New York and Connecticut.
Joining ELM as area managers are Tim Burns, Richard Bevilacqua, Mark Trowbridge, Ryan Egan and Pennington Marchael.
“We are very pleased to welcome Sandy to the ELM team,” says ELM President Bruce Moore Sr. “He brings a wealth of experience and client relationships to our company as we continue to grow and to expand our portfolio of services.”
ELM’s area managers have both client and production responsibilities.
“In appointing five area managers, we have eliminated a layer of management. This will enable us to be more efficient and responsive to the needs of our clients,” says Moore. “The one true constant in the business world is change, and we’re always looking to make sure we are structured in a way that reflects the realities of our marketplace.”
