Raimondi Horticultural Group (RHG) acquired Anderson Ward Plantscapes of Hillsborough, N.J.
The acquisition expands RHG’s client base in the Princeton to Parsippany corridor—RHG is located in Ho-Ho-Kus, N.J., and provides landscape maintenance services in addition to interiorscaping. Anderson Ward Plantscapes was founded in 1981 by David Anderson Ward.
“This acquisition will drive efficiencies and enhance our purchasing economies of scale, which in turn can be passed along to our clients,” said Chris Raimondi, CEO of RHG. “It also reinforces our corporate commitment to pursue growth opportunities that not only benefit our clients but our employees and vendor partners as well.”
RHG’s lineup of interior landscape services will be available to its new client base including design, installation and maintenance, holiday and seasonal decorating, fresh florals, event décor services and exterior landscape services and development.
