Pro-Motion Consulting bulked up its consultant roster, welcoming Dennis Kostrzewa to the firm. In addition, Leslie Boomer obtained an international certification from the Gallup organization as a Certified Strengths Coach.
Boomer will put her certification to use, working with individuals and teams to help them understand and leverage their talents as strengths. She also will continue facilitating Pro-Motion Consulting’s Building on Your Strengths Workshops.
Kostrzewa has more than 34 years of experience in the green industry, the last 18 of those with The Brickman Group as a regional manager leading operations in North Carolina.
He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association, North Carolina Landscape Contractors Association, Morrisville Chamber of Commerce and the Michigan State University Alumni Association—he graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in landscape architecture.
