
Porch.com made available the Pro Dashboard, an analytics and marketing platform for Porch users to evaluate the performance of their Porch profile. The feature is made available as the Porch home network has nearly doubled in the last year, growing from 1.5 million professionals to more than 2.8 million.
Professionals can access the Pro Dashboard through their Porch business account. The first release of the Pro Dashboard comes with the Profile Analytics and Homeowner Contacts features.
Profile Analytics provides professionals insight on their Porch profile in terms of total views, number of search result views, profile rank against competitors and total number of project views. Homeowner Contacts can track and manage calls and emails from leads and existing customers;
For Porch Premium members, the Pro Dashboard also has Homeowner Watchlist and Competitive Insights features. The Homeowner Watchlist, which will be made available in the coming months, keeps tabs on professionals’ past clients in terms of the projects completed and if they change addresses. Competitive Insights allows Porch Premium members to gain real-time insights into how their profile ranks and performs against their competition.
Further features and functionality will be added to Pro Dashboard over the coming months.
