Polaris Industries released two new utility vehicles, along with a cargo box utility spreader attachment.

The utility vehicles, the Brutus HD PTO and HD PTO Deluxe, are equipped with Tier 4, 24 hp Kohler diesel engines and include three cyclinder overhead cam designs. The vehicles’ indirect injection also delivers smooth power, reduced combustion, and minimal noise and vibration, says the company.

The Brutus HD PTO features a cab with optional “Lock & Ride” accessories, and the HD PTO Deluxe features a cab with a noise seal-off kit, windshield wiper assembly, heat, defrost and air conditioning. Both utility vehicles also have 110 amp alternators and strengthened cargo box frames made to work with the company’s new attachment.

The new cargo box utility spreader attachment is designed for application of dry granular materials such as sand and salt, says the company, and it holds up to 7.8 cu. ft. struck/ 10.6 cu. ft. heaped.

The vehicles and attachment will be available spring 2015 and will come available with 12-month standard warranties.
