Ashly Neneman, general manager of Sun Valley Landscaping
Sun Valley Landscaping, based in Omaha, Neb., promoted Ashly Neneman to general manager. She previously served as director of business development and has been with the company for five years. Neneman will be in charge of managing all four divisions of the company and day-to-day operations.

Altoz, a manufacturer of zero-turn mowers, hired Andy Enstrom as district sales manager. A 15-year veteran of the outdoor power equipment industry, Enstrom served most recently as a commercial engine sales manager with distributor Magneto Power. He will provide support for existing dealers and work to grow the Altoz dealer network in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and northern Illinois.

Bartlett Tree Experts bids farewell to Michael Robinson who will retire as the company’s vice president and Midwest division manager. Robinson has been with Bartlett for 40 years, joining the company in 1974 as a production worker. “Mike has had an amazing journey with Bartlett, from dragging brush to managing a region with over $20 million in sales, and I feel lucky to have shared that journey with him,” said Robert Bartlett Jr., chairman and CEO of Bartlett Tree Experts. Scott Jamieson, vice president of corporate partnerships and national recruiting, has assumed his role.

Takeuchi-US promoted Scott Herr to Northeast regional service manager. Before being hired by Takeuchi in May, he was previously employed by CNH Industrial America for more than 20 years. In this new role, Herr will be responsible for service and warranty support—including handling service issues, warranty issues, technical support and service training—for the Northeastern U.S. and Eastern Canada. The company also appointed Ron Snyder as national service and warranty manager. After working for Deutz Corp. for 17 years, Snyder joined Takeuchi in March. As national service and warranty manager, he will be responsible for the entire service department, including four regional sales managers, one national service training manager and one customer service support manager.

Takeuchi-US also realigned its service department. Tom Reichling will assume the Northwest Regional Service Manager position. In this new position, he will be responsible for the service and warranty support for the Midwest to the Northwest, including Western Canada. Gary Bryan will move to service support manager, where he will handle all of Takeuchi’s national accounts’ service and warranty. Joe Topia will serve as the national service training manager and provide technical service training for all Takeuchi dealers.

Kawasaki’s engines division restructured its sales staff. Karen Howard was promoted to director for dealer sales, international distributor sales, marketing and order services. Howard, a 23-year veteran at the company who has held several management positions in Kawasaki’s sales organization, previously served as manager of marketing and order services. Bryan Speet was named national sales manager of the dealer channel. Speet recently joined Kawasaki as a regional sales manager following 14 years in executive sales positions with Tennant Co. Russell Corey will become regional sales manager, managing the East region. With Kawasaki since 2009, Corey has received numerous sales performance awards, including recognition as the company’s District Manager of the Year in 2012. In conjunction with the company’s restructuring of its sales territories, several new district managers have been hired, including Craig Erickson, Jeff Fietsam, John Hagan, Andrew Garcia, Adam Smith, and Eric Wells.

Kawasaki also promoted two executives. Paul Feorene, who joined Kawasaki in 2010, has been promoted to senior manager of logistics, IT and parts management. He formerly served as manager of the group. Feorene, who has a background in supply chain, manufacturing and IT consulting, was instrumental in Kawasaki’s transition to an outside-services based distribution platform by helping to develop the company’s current warehousing and shipping program with UPS, according to the company.
