Harrell III has 15 years of experience at the company, including serving as its chief operating officer and president.

“It is an honor to take on this new leadership role. To be the fourth generation Harrell to lead this company means a great deal to me. Following in the footsteps of my great-grandfather, grandfather and father is a tall task and one I do not take lightly,” Harrell III said. “It is impossible to replace my father, but I will work every day to honor the legacy and culture he created by doing all the things he taught me and instilled in me. I look forward to continuing to work with our Vice Chairman, Dave Schermerhorn, as my father did for the last 20 years. It is an incredible honor to get to lead this great team at Harrell’s.”

Managing director of Canada and Europe opperations Sandro Pagliarulo for OTR Engineered Solutions (OTR) announced his retirement from the company, effective October 10, 2024. He will still maintain involvement with OTR during his retirement, serving as a part-time consultant.

“Sandro played a major role in OTR’s global growth, helping us become the company we are today,” said Tom Rizzi, president and CEO of OTR. “He is a long-time member of the OTR family, and his retirement is well deserved. Although we’re sad to see him leave, we’re thrilled that he’ll continue consulting with us.”

Pagliarulo started his career as a mechanical engineer for Global Wheel, a South African wheel manufacturer. He was eventually promoted to production manager and then sales manager, where as the latter, he negotiated a joint venture between Global Wheel and OTR, becoming general manager of the new division.

“Today, OTR has a world-class management structure that sets us apart from all others in the off-road sector,” said Rizzi. “We thank Sandro for helping us achieve this competitive advantage.”

OTR Engineered Solutions is a global enterprise specializing in off-the-road tire, wheel and track solutions for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarkets.
