Ruppert Landscape promoted Regina Brydges to regional business development manager.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Virginia Tech and is a Virginia Certified Horticulturist. She joined Ruppert in 2012 as a business developer in the first Richmond landscape management branch and quickly achieved success; in five out of the past seven years, she has exceeded $1 million in sales.

In 2017, she was honored with the company’s Achievement Award, recognizing her outstanding track record and contributions to the company. In the past three years, Brydges has been instrumental in growing the branch and positioning the company to add two new branch operations in the Richmond market.

“Regina has often shared how much she enjoys and values helping others in sales through hands-on training and by serving as a resource,” said Kevin Hazelgrove, region manager in the company’s landscape management division. “This promotion will afford her the opportunity to do that on a larger scale, benefiting sales of each branch in the central Virginia region.”

In her new position, Brydges will provide leadership to the region’s business developers and will support them by providing coaching and training in the sales process, coordinating networking for new and existing relationships, and hiring and onboarding as needed.

Allu Group, a manufacturer of attachments for compact equipment, appointed Peter Grönholm as managing director of Allu Finland.

Grönholm has extensive experience in sales, marketing and supply chain management, including roles as managing director within international organizations in Finland and abroad.

He currently is vice president, supply chain and operations, Germany, for Cavotec Group, a supplier of industrial equipment. Grönholm will join Allu by July 2020.
